Each piece from SAMA is a handmade sculpture — a meeting of clay, metal, and imagination. Every ring, necklace, bracelet, or earring carries the mark of the artist’s hands and the soul of its materials. To preserve its beauty and energy, a little care goes a long way.

Handle your piece gently — each work is sculpted and sealed by hand using air-dry clay and resin.

Avoid dropping, bending, or applying pressure. Although durable, handmade forms can still be delicate.

Keep away from direct water contact (showering, swimming, or heavy rain).

Avoid long exposure to sunlight, heat, or humidity to preserve color and surface finish.

✦ Cleaning
Wipe gently with a soft, dry cloth.

Do not use alcohol, polish, or harsh cleaners — these can damage the resin seal or metal base.

For metal parts (alloy, stainless steel, or silver), use a gentle jewelry cloth to restore shine.

✦ Storage
Store in a dry, cool place away from sunlight.

Keep each piece separate — a soft pouch or box is ideal — to prevent scratching or tangling.

If possible, keep your item in its original SAMA box when not in use.

🟢 What materials are your accessories made of?
My accessories are typically made of two parts: a clay, acrylic paint and resin element, and a metal frame or base. The metal can be stainless steel, alloy, brass, or silver.

🟢 Are there any special care instructions for your accessories?
To ensure the longevity of your accessories, I recommend keeping them away from water and harsh chemicals. Store them in a dry place and gently clean them with a soft cloth to maintain their beauty.

The combination of clay and resin I use makes the pieces much stronger than traditional ceramics — they’re durable, yet still delicate, so it's important to handle them with care.

Please note, some pieces do not have metal frames surrounding them and are made solely from clay and resin. These items require extra care and attention to prevent damage.

🟢 How long will it take to receive my order?
Typically, orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Shipping times vary by location, but it will be less than 10 days. As we use express shipping service, we expect shipping will be done less than 3 days.

However, please note that customs clearance procedures and unexpected shipping delays are beyond our control and may affect delivery times in some regions.

🟢 What is your return, exchange, and warranty policy?
I accept returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in its original condition, and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs and any loss in value if the item is not returned as received.

🟢 Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping on all orders! Shipping times may vary depending on your location, so please allow extra time for international deliveries and custom clearance.

🟢 Glow-in-the-Dark Accessories – How They Work?
Some of my accessories feature phosphorescent & fluorescent materials for magical glow effects.

Fluorescent items glow instantly under UV/blacklight but stop when light removed.

Phosphorescent (glow-in-the-dark) absorb light & release it slowly in darkness.

Glow brightness/duration depends on light exposure time/strength.

UV/sunlight charge fastest for intense glow, indoor lighting gives softer effect.

After charging, glow lasts minutes to hours before fading. These aren't LED lights - just soft shine after light "charging." Perfect for enchanting, subtle illumination that creates captivating visual appeal in low-light conditions.

All orders are processed within 2 business days from Turin, Italy. All shipments are sent via express shipping, with an estimated delivery of up to 5 working days, excluding customs clearance and unforeseen delays.
