30-Day Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The item must be returned in the same condition as received.

Please note:

• Returns do not apply to final sale items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

How to Return

To start a return, please contact us at sama@sama-visage.art. We will approve your request and provide the return address. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the return, we will process a refund to your original payment method. Refunds usually take up to 10 business days to appear, depending on your bank or credit card provider.

Exchanges

If you would like a different item, the fastest way is to return your original order and place a new order once the return is approved.
